These concepts clearly show the theme of fairytale witch and it is clear you have used your research to your advantage with your concepts having a clear relation to your moodboard. Drawing different head shapes also shows a good variety in your work as well.
To improve you could stray away from the usually design aspect for a witch (however this is only because the theme of fairy-tale would usually relate to this design).
